Hello,
I have a client who is in need for roofing repair for her home that is purchasing as Contract For Deed. She has been in the contract for 6 years and states the home repairs are her responsibility. She resides in the 61603 zip code, is a widow, disabled and a senior citizen with an income of about $7800 annually. She actually has a hole in the roof which she can see through to the outside. Does anyone know of any assistance she may qualify for?
