An issue I keep coming across is clients who have an old Ameren balance that they need paid off before they can get utilities in their name. This can prevent them from being able to get housing. Anyone know of any available assistance? PCCEO doesn't help with old balances. I know St. Vincent, Township, and Salvation Army sometimes have some assistance available, but it's intermittent and hard to get.
