Hello all,
Open enrollment is quickly approaching. Heartland CACs will be at the Peoria libraries again every Tuesday starting November 18, 2014 to February 14, 2015. The location will alternated between the Main Library and the Lincoln Library. For a full list of dates please click on the link below. Also if you know of any other assisters or people who would like to volunteer, please have them contact me via email at brittneywallace@heartlandchc.org. All help is welcomed
1st and 3rd Tuesday @ Main Library from 10a-6p
2nd and 4th Tuesday @ Lincoln Library from 11a-4p
