I have a new participant that has worked in a kitchen for 36 years and the last 16 was in management. He worked at Four Points Hotel which has been closed for remodel for quite awhile now. He has been on quite a few interviews and more then once at a few companies and in the end, doesn't get a call back. He feels that maybe his years of experience might be making him "over qualified". He does not want a management job again yet does want to stay working in a kitchen. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Dawn- I hope you were able to get some employment options from the Roundtable today. I thought his observation that the manager thought he might be looking to take over his job, due to his depth of experience, was pretty astute. I hope he does try the hospitals, per one suggestion today. Keep us posted!
